Wild Heaven & Giving Kitchen Introduce Full-Service Beer

Building off its mantra of ‘Serve Your Neighbor’, Wild Heaven Beer, Georgia’s 4th oldest production craft brewery, has come together with Giving Kitchen for the special, purpose-driven collaboration – Full-Service Beer. A new-school/old-school hybrid IPA, Wild Heaven’s latest collaboration was crafted with food service workers in mind, as well as those that they so dutifully serve. Full-Service is a sessionable IPA with notes of grapefruit and tropical fruit, making it the perfect post-work beer to kick back and appreciate the day.  The beer was also made possible through partners Country Malt and BSG Hops, who donated ingredients to create Full-Service. Available on draft and 16 oz cans, Full-Service Beer can be enjoyed at the Wild Heaven taprooms and select restaurants and beverage purveyors throughout Atlanta and Nashville.

“We’ve had the honor and pleasure of working with the Giving Kitchen for near a decade, so when they approached us about partnering on a beer, the answer was the same anytime they need support….’Whatever y’all need,” says Wild Heaven Beer Executive Vice-President Sarah Young. “Low on bitterness and alcohol but high on flavor and refreshment, Full-Service Beer is our tribute to the service industry ass-kickers that keep the food and beverage flowing, no matter what stands in their way.”

Tapping into the needs of an embattled service industry, which has had to navigate the pandemic on top of already present conditions, Wild Heaven made a deliberate outreach to Giving Kitchen with the sole intention of being a vehicle for good. As a result, after working with Head Brewer Josh Franks on the tasting notes, it was decided that $7000.00 of proceeds from Full-Service Beer would be given to Giving Kitchen. The nonprofit organization will utilize the funds to offer emergency assistance to food service workers in crisis through financial aid and a network of community resources. Additional funds will be raised at Giving Kitchen’s 10th annual fundraiser, Team HIDI, hosted at Lee + White at the West End on February 6th, and where Full-Service will be prominently featured. “Full-Service is a damn fine beer raising money for food service workers in crisis – and, more importantly, helping to tell our story,” says Giving Kitchen Executive Director Bryan Schroeder. “The best possible outcome is for folks to enjoy this session IPA and be inspired to tell their friends in the restaurant industry about Giving Kitchen. Drink up and share!”
