TWO urban licks, the iconic, go-to dining destination located on the Atlanta BeltLine, is thrilled to announce Jay Swift as executive chef. The award-winning chef and restauranteur boasts more than 30 years of culinary experience and has honed his skills in kitchens across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions including Washington D.C., his home state of Maryland, Boston, and New York City before landing in Atlanta.

Upon his arrival to Atlanta, Swift quickly became a beloved chef, restauranteur, and fixture in the culinary community. He is best known for taking the reins at South City Kitchen where he received rave reviews for his successful overhaul of the restaurant’s contemporary Southern menu and his highly applauded restaurant, 4th & Swift, which received significant local and national recognition. For his latest adventure, Swift is at the helm of the kitchen at TWO urban licks. Offering a one of a kind dining experience, TWO continues to receive praise and earn accolades for its fiery wood-fired cuisine, impressive wine program featuring a 26-foot wine on tap barrel wall, and expansive, dog-friendly patio.
