Espresso – 2 cups

Coffee – 8 cups

Mustard Seed – 2 Tbls

Coriander Seed – 1 1/2 Tbls

Tarragon – 2 oz

Truffle Butter – 2 oz

Black Summer Truffle – 1/2 oz

Morels – 1 oz

Chanterelle – 1oz

Black Garlic – 1oz

Creamy Mashed Potato – 3 oz
