A colorful new breakfast, lunch and later concept is joining the Buckhead dining scene. From STHRN Hospitality Co., the team known for transforming everyday spaces into dynamic food destinations such as Westside Motor Lounge and National Landing’s Water Park, comes Uno Más—a lively, all-day taqueria and cocktail bar inspired by the energy, diversity, and flavor-driven culture of Mexico City. The new concept, created in partnership with Highwoods Properties, is now open at One Alliance Center and neighboring Little Alley Steak.

Occupying 3,400 square feet with a bar, indoor dining and an intimate patio overlooking the street, Uno Más is purpose-built to serve the pulse of the city. It’s a place for early-morning rituals, mid-day resets, and post-meeting toasts. And while it lives inside one of Buckhead’s premier office towers, it’s designed with everyone and every day in mind. From early morning fuel to after-hours cocktails, Uno Más invites professionals, locals, and curious food-lovers to drop in, connect, and enjoy.

“Uno Más—is a neighborhood destination that blends quality, culture, and comfort,” says Elizabeth Feichter, owner of STHRN Hospitality Co. “We wanted to create a space that channels the spirit of Mexico City—dynamic, inviting, and always moving—while making it approachable for how people actually live and work today. Uno Más is casual, yes, but every detail is intentional. It’s designed for the in-between moments: a power breakfast, a proper lunch, or an end-of-day cocktail that doesn’t feel like an afterthought.”

In the morning, Uno Más sets the tone with a lineup of thoughtful and energizing dishes, including buttery pastries, creamy açaí bowls topped with seasonally fresh fruit and savory breakfast burritos stuffed with everything from chorizo hash to sautéed mushrooms. The avocado toast gets a proper upgrade with roasted tomatoes and pickled onion, while huevos rancheros land with just the right amount of heat and heart.

As the day unfolds, the kitchen transitions to an all-day menu built for flavor and flexibility. Tacos are wrapped in fresh tortillas and filled with vibrant combinations, while layered bowls and street snacks keep things moving without skipping the details. Tortas feature shaved carne asada and chili-garlic sauce, or opt for the Mexi-burger—a double patty piled high with white American cheese, pickles, lettuce, and chili gravy mustard. From the first bite to the last sip, everything is designed to be casual, crave-worthy, and full of character.

The cantina ties it all together with a laid-back bar program featuring a curated mix of agave spirits, crisp cervezas, and house-crafted cocktails. Whether it’s a mid-day michelada, a coffee break with friends, or a spontaneous happy hour, Uno Más brings people together from sunrise through early evening—with food and drink that keeps up with the day’s pace.
