TWO urban licks’ Mai Tai Slushy Recipe

Ingredients

2 Parts Light Rum

2 Parts Dark Rum

1/2 Part Overproof Rum

1 Part Fresh Lime Juice

1 Part Orange Curacao

1 Part Orgeat

1.5 Part Water

Directions

Using a refractometer, adjust Brix (measurement of sugar in an aqueous solution) to 14 degrees.

Add water to lower brix, grenadine or simple syrup if higher Brix needed.

When desired sugar content is achieved, set machine to freeze.

Garnish with Pineapple spear, lime wedge, umbrella or anything fun or garish.

Serve and enjoy!
