ENZO is Firing Up The Grill For a Fourth of July Grigliata
Red, white, and buon appetito! Chef and Owner Andrea Montobbio of ENZO Steakhouse & Bar is firing up the grill for a Fourth of July grigliata on Saturday, July 6, 2024. From 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., revelers are invited to celebrate Independence Day on the expansive patio at the Town at Trilith culinary hotspot. Live music will set the soundtrack for the festivities which include plenty of mixing and mingling while sipping on signature and specialty cocktails, craft beers and bubbly while noshing on delicious offerings created just for the occasion including flatbreads, pork ribs, burgers, steaks bites, skewers and an assortment of sides, salads and desserts.
