Lucia Sets the Table for our First Wine Pairing Dinner
We’re thrilled to host our first wine dinner on Monday, March 9 at 6:30 p.m., inviting guests to experience a five-course tasting menu paired with regional Italian wines.
Set in Lucia’s intimate 60-seat dining room in Glenwood Park, the evening is designed to move through Italy course by course, glass by glass—highlighting both classic flavors and thoughtful pairings.
The night begins with passed fried artichoke hearts and fig with prosciutto alongside Medici Ermete “Concerto” Reggiano Lambrusco DOC.
From there, the menu unfolds with:
- Jalapeño cilantro strawberry hamachi paired with Benanti Etna Bianco DOC
- Ricotta ravioli in sage brown butter with Castello di Volpaia Chianti Classico DOCG
- Chilled branzino with orange gin and Calabrian aioli matched with Masi Fresco di Masi Rosso Verona IGT
- Braised short rib with parmesan polenta alongside Travaglini Gattinara DOCG (Nebbiolo, Piedmont)
- The experience concludes with limon crema bruciata and Masi “Angelorum” Recioto della Valpolicella Classico DOCG.
Lucia’s inaugural wine dinner is $124 per person, including tax and gratuity. Seating is limited.
