ENZO Launches Weekday Lunch and Introduces Apericena

ENZO Steakhouse & Bar introduces its highly anticipated weekday lunch service, bringing chef-driven Italian cuisine to the midday table. Available Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., the new menu marks a vibrant new chapter for ENZO, where flavor, tradition, and atmosphere converge in the heart of the Town at Trilith.

Led by Owner and Executive Chef and Northern Italian native Andrea Montobbio, ENZO’s lunch offering is anything but routine. Rooted in the rhythms of the season and inspired by the simplicity and soul of Italian cooking, the menu is designed for those seeking a break from the ordinary. Whether in search of a nourishing salad, a wood-fired pizza, or a plate of handmade pasta, each dish reflects Montobbio’s lifelong reverence for ingredients that are carefully sourced and prepared with intention.

Standouts include signature antipasti like veal meatballs with creamy polenta and pecorino romano and goat cheese with truffled honey and toasted black pepper. For lighter fare, salads like the arugula salad with fennel, orange, and citrus vinaigrette or the chopped salad with chickpeas, asparagus, boiled egg, and salame Toscano are vibrant and seasonal.

Lunch also features a range of chef-driven pastas and pizzas—think saffron square spaghetti with oven-roasted tomatoes and burrata, or The Farmer’s Favorite, a wood-fired pizza topped with farm egg, smoked mozzarella, prosciutto, and preserved lemon. Sandwiches get the ENZO treatment, too: the Milanese, a crispy chicken cutlet with roasted cherry tomatoes and stracciatella, and the indulgent Lamb Burger, layered with fig jam, goat cheese, and arugula.

Guests can dine in the airy, art-forward dining room or opt for a table on the expansive dog-friendly patio, surrounded by warm hospitality and the scent of wood smoke from the rotisserie and grill. The open kitchen remains a focal point for Montobbio and his team, where technique and instinct meet over flame.

And when the day winds down, ENZO transitions effortlessly into Apericena, a relaxed Italian ritual that bridges the hours between work and dinner. Offered Tuesday through Friday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on the patio, the experience centers on crisp, low-ABV spritzes like the house Limoncello, Americano, and Bicicletta—paired with complimentary small bites: olives, cheeses, cold cuts, and more. It’s Italy’s, and ENZO’s, answer to happy hour—an invitation to gather, sip, and ease into evening.

Lunch service is offered Tuesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Apericena is served from 5 to 7 p.m. on the front and side patios, weather permitting. ENZO is also open nightly for dinner and for weekend brunch.
