Travelers, Meet ENZO in the Delta Sky Club
This spring, ENZO Steakhouse & Bar has touched down in the Delta Sky Clubs at the world’s busiest airport, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, with dishes featured in the B Concourse and new D Concourse locations as part of Delta Air Lines’s Local Flavor program spotlighting the chefs and restaurants shaping Atlanta’s dining scene. Whether arriving or departing, Delta Sky Club guests get a taste of ENZO. No reservation required.
Chef Andrea Montobbio brings a tight edit of ENZO into the mix. Travelers can dig into his black garlic marinated short rib, rich and deeply savory, balanced with Piemontese salsa verde and eggplant caponata, alongside a salt-crusted beet salad with roasted heirloom beets, burrata, toasted hazelnuts, and Banyuls vinegar. ENZO’s tiramisu, based on Montobbio’s mother’s recipe, closes it out with espresso-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone, and cocoa.
For anyone who hasn’t made it out to ENZO at the Town at Trilith, this is the introduction. Since opening, the restaurant has built a following for precise, ingredient-driven Italian cooking and a dining room that rarely slows down. The timing lines up with what’s next. Montobbio’s second concept with chef David Gibbs, Bicicletta, is set to open in late spring to early summer in Peachtree City. More relaxed, more everyday, with 72-hour dough pizzas, fresh pastas, composed entrées, gelato, and a mix of cocktails, wine, beer, and grab-and-go.
