Cheers! Endless Summer Cocktail Inspiration

White Oak Kitchen & Cocktails’ Hello Darlin’

Ingredients: 2 oz. Hendrick’s Gin
3 Dashes Rhubarb Bitters
½ oz Lemon Juice
½ oz Lime Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
¼ oz. Blackberry Sage Syrup 

Preparation:  

  1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. 
  2. Shake hard for 10 seconds, strain into an ice-filled tall Collins glass. 
  3. Top with Club Soda. 
  4. Garnish with an orange quarter.

Bistro Off Broad’s Keel Pom Martini  

Ingredients:  
1 ¾ oz. Keel Vodka  
3 oz. Pomegranate juice 
½ oz. Triple sec 

Preparation:  
1. Shake vigorously 
2. Strain into a pre chilled martini glass.  
3. Garnish lime wedge.

The Shed at Glenwood’s Italicus Spritz 

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Italicus 
2 oz. Rose Cava 
3 oz. Soda Water 
Fresh orange to garnish 

Preparation:  

  1. Combine Italicus and Rose Cava into a glass filled with ice.
  2. Top with soda water.
  3. Garnish with an orange slice.

Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Grey Goose La Vanilla
.50 oz. St. George Bruto Americano
1oz. Coconut Cream
1.5 oz. Tangerine Soda

Preparation:

  1. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Combine all ingredients. 
  3. Pour all ingredients over ice and enjoy

Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Ketel One Citron
.75 oz. St. Germain
.75 oz. Lime
.75 oz. Simple Syrup
2 ea. Cucumbers
6 Mint

Preparation:

  1. Muddle mint and cucumber with lime juice and simple syrup.
  2. Add Ketel One Citron and St. Germain.
  3. Shake and strain into martini glass.
  4. Garnish with slice of cucumber.
