Bully Boy Adds New Dates to Its Sell-Out Sushi Rolling Classes
An Interactive, Sake-Fueled Dive Into the Art of Sushi Led by Chef Wendy Roman
Atlanta, Georgia (September 25, 2025) – What started as a one-off has become one of Atlanta’s most in-demand midweek experiences. Following a streak of sold-out classes, Bully Boy has added new dates to its sushi rolling series, returning this fall and winter on Wednesdays October 22, November 5, November 19, and December 10, all beginning at 7 p.m.
Held in the restaurant’s lush, greenery-filled dining room just off the BeltLine, the classes are led by Executive Chef and Sushi Chef Wendy Roman, who guides guests through the making of three signature sushi rolls, all featuring the same pristine seafood and seasonal ingredients found on Bully Boy’s kaiseki-inspired menu. The evening also includes a curated sake tasting, with three distinct pours—Nigori, Junmai, and Daiginjo—served throughout the class. Guests enjoy two 3-oz pours followed by a 6-oz pour, amounting to about two full glasses in total. It’s a hands-on night of rolling, sipping, and snacking in a space that feels more like a dinner party than a classroom.
Tickets are $65 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Space is limited, and reservations are strongly encouraged. To reserve, call 678-904-5607 or visit OpenTable. Bully Boy is located at 828 Ralph McGill Blvd NE, Atlanta, GA 30306. For more information, visit bullyboyatl.com and follow along on Instagram, Facebook, and X at @bullyboyatl.
