Toast to Pride at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta This June

This June, Bar Margot and Brasserie Margot inside Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta are marking Pride Month with a cocktail that’s equal parts celebratory and unapologetically fun. Available throughout June, “Love is Love” brings together tequila, Italicus bergamot liqueur, lime, and guava with a silky finish and rainbow sugar rim that feels right at home during Atlanta’s most colorful season.

Bright, citrusy, and just a little dramatic in the best way, the cocktail takes its cues from long summer nights in Midtown, where dinner reservations turn into one more round at the bar and the city hums a little louder. Created as a toast to love, individuality, and Atlanta’s LGBTQ+ community, a portion of proceeds from every cocktail sold throughout Pride Month will benefit Atlanta Pride and its ongoing work supporting visibility, advocacy, and celebration across the city.

And for those looking to bring a little of the celebration home, the team is also sharing the recipe behind the month’s signature sip:

Love is Love Cocktail

Ingredients: 

•   1½ ounces tequila

•   ½ ounce Italicus Bergamot Rosolio

•   1 ounce fresh lime juice

•   1 ounce guava purée

•   Fee Foam or egg white

Method: 

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled and frothy. Strain into a coupe glass finished with a rainbow sugar rim and serve immediately.

Whether easing into the evening at Brasserie Margot over oysters with champagne mignonette, smoked salmon gravlax, steak tartare and fries, or foie gras with fig chutney, or sliding into Bar Margot for chicken and caviar, crab and shrimp toast, truffle frites, and another round, “Love is Love” fits right into the rhythm of summer in Midtown.
