Amasa Mexican Kitchen: Day of the Dead Cantina
Step into the Day of the Dead Cantina at Amasa Mexican Kitchen in Alpharetta, running from Monday, October 5 through Monday, November 2.
- The Vibe: The entire restaurant transforms for the month with marigolds, papel picado, ofrendas and Coco-inspired decor across the dining rooms, the bar and covered patio.
- The Menu: Chef Joey Vazquez is serving special Día de los Muertos dishes from a 100% gluten-free kitchen, while the bar pours themed cocktails alongside eight craft seasonal margaritas.
- Highlights: Catch the special celebration on Halloween (Saturday, October 31) as well as Día de los Muertos (November 1 and 2) during the pop-up run.

Amore e Amore: Family Fun and an Adults-Only Bash
Amore e Amore is under Halloween’s spell with the return of A Nightmare on Highland, transforming the ristorante into a haunted hideaway filled with floor-to-ceiling décor, spooky cocktails, Italian favorites and plenty of surprises through the end of October.
- Family-Friendly Weekends: Celebrations ramp up on Saturday, October 24 and Sunday, October 25 with family-friendly evenings beginning at 4 p.m. Features include a costume contest for kids 12 and under and a special $29.95 children’s menu loaded with pizza bites, meatballs, cheese ravioli, fettuccine Alfredo and spaghetti and meatballs.
- Adults-Only Halloween Night: On Saturday, October 31, the restaurant turns things over to the grown-ups for an exclusive 21+ celebration. The evening features a four-course prix fixe menu for $125 per person (with seatings between 8 and 8:45 p.m.), bone-chilling cocktails, a roaming magician and a high-stakes costume contest carrying the celebration straight through the witching hour.
