From Atlanta to NYC: Jon Novak Serves It Up for James Beard

Award-winning chef Jon Novak is heading north—bringing the elegance, energy, and flavor of Brasserie Margot to New York City for one night only.

On Friday, May 2 at 6:30 p.m., the team from Brasserie Margot will take over Platform by the James Beard Foundation at Pier 57 for a special evening titled A Taste of Paris by Way of Atlanta. . Expect a multi-course menu that reimagines French brasserie fare through an Atlanta lens—grounded in technique, elevated by instinct, and layered with just the right amount of edge.

The evening will also feature desserts by Pastry Chef Eric Snow—known for his sculptural, theatrical sweets—and cocktails from award-winning GM Ashish Sharma, whose inventive bar program brings serious personality to every pour. A curated lineup of French and sustainable wines rounds out the experience.
