Built for speed without sacrificing soul, the menu features everything from brisket, pulled pork, and ribs to tacos packed with barbacoa, al pastor, chicken tinga, and rotating vegetarian options. 

Classic barbecue plates, sandwiches, and combo meals are paired with Southern sides like mac and cheese, collard greens, and Brunswick stew. Fan-favorite snacks like queso, guacamole, and “The Trinity” round out the offering, with cookies, brownies, and banana pudding for the ride home.
