Rooted in modern French cuisine, the thoughtfully paced menu reflects Executive Chef Jon Novak’s signature balance of sophistication and ease. Guests can choose between two ($38) or three ($45) courses, starting with options like Soupe à l’Oignon bubbling with gruyère or Burrata with Fig and Pecan Gastrique served on crisp Pain de Mie toast. Mains lean classic, with thoughtful updates—Mushroom Risotto with fines herbes, Steelhead Trout with olive and citrus gremolata, or a Garlic-Glazed Chicken Paillard that’s equal parts comfort and confidence.
