Take a Trip to Amore e Amore’s The North (Highland) Pole This Holiday Season

The holiday season has officially arrived on North Highland Avenue! Beginning Tuesday, November 3, Amore e Amore is welcoming Atlantans back to The North (Highland) Pole, its beloved annual holiday celebration in the heart of Inman Park. Mama Gale is once again decking the halls of the Italian ristorante with hundreds of twinkling lights, Christmas trees, ornaments and festive decorations covering nearly every corner. Now celebrating 26 years, Amore e Amore continues a cherished holiday tradition that has brought families and friends together around the table for more than two decades.

Among the most anticipated traditions is the return of Dinner with Santa & Mrs. Claus, taking place on November 27 and December 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, 15, 16 and 17, 2026, from 5 to 8 p.m. Families can enjoy an evening of festive dining and holiday entertainment as Santa and Mrs. Claus visit with children, hear their Christmas wishes and pose for photos. Young diners can write and mail letters to Santa while enjoying a special children’s menu featuring Italian favorites like fettuccine alfredo, cheese ravioli, pizza bites and spaghetti and meatballs. Adults can enjoy Amore e Amore’s full à la carte menu or celebrate with a special holiday prix fixe dinner.

The annual holiday transformation continues a tradition created by Mama Gale and the late Professor Giovanni, who spent decades turning their Inman Park ristorante into a holiday destination for Atlanta families. Today, Mama Gale carries on that tradition, welcoming generations of guests who return each year to celebrate the season at Amore e Amore.

“The holidays have always been such a special time for us,” says ‘Mama Gale’ Parker. “Giovanni and I put so much love into creating these traditions, and seeing families return year after year has meant the world to us. I’m looking forward to another wonderful season of celebrating with everyone.”
