Cypress Street Pint and Plate, one of Atlanta’s most celebrated neighborhood haunts located in the heart of Midtown, is hosting an anniversary bash on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 in honor of eight years of success. Coinciding with the six-year anniversary of its popular weekly series, Beer Geek Tuesday, the double-trouble anniversary bash kicks off at 8 p.m. and will feature $4 American Spirit Whiskey drinks, $5 well drinks, $2 Cypress House Beer, a Jäger ice luge, OMG Photo Booth, special Cypress “cellar beers”, DJ Pat O’Brien and more. The event is free and open to ages 21 and up.
A throwback to when the drinks were always cold, the food was always hot, and the bar-staff knew your name, Cypress Street Pint and Plate has become a longstanding Atlanta neighborhood favorite. Every Tuesday, Cypress Street’s resident Beer Geek, Rob Merrick, hosts Beer Geek Tuesday – a casual exploration of all things beer including food and beer pairings to rare casks and tap takeovers. Cypress Street Pint and Plate is located on the corner of 6th street and Cypress Street at 817 West Peachtree, Suite E-125, Atlanta, Georgia and is open for lunch, dinner, late night eats and weekend brunch. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. until 2:30 a.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. until 2:30 a.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. until midnight.
